Get ready for the heat

Ways to get relief from the scorching heat.
1. Drink coconut water and keep away from getting dehydrated, keep drinking water at regular intervals.
2. Wear light colored clothes. Eat fruits like water melon, cucumber which contain lots of water.
3. Stay indoors to the maximum possible extent.
4. If you have to go out, wear sunglasses.
5.If you are riding a bike wear a helmet the has sun glass.
6. Try to park your bike or car in a cool place to avoid sitting on a burning seat.
7. Use sunscreen lotion to protect your skin from sun burns.
